Mapache Estate - El Salvador

Another delicious cup comes to us from the wonderful Mapache Coffee out of El Salvador! This Estate coffee from Mapache has been a coffee that we have sourced since the beginning of Otus. This coffee has always been full and rich and built to be enjoyed by a wide variety of coffee drinkers.

What’s in the cup? We took this years lot to the darker side of a medium/dark roast which provides a very balanced and easy drinking cup. We found notes of Graham Cracker, Milk Chocolate and Baked Apple that makes for a versatile coffee. This coffee really works well in most brew methods depending on what tools your have at your disposal.

This coffee has also been a big part of our most popular Night Owl Espresso and will continue to be for the near future. Enjoy this everyday drinker as a stand-alone cup or with your favorite milk!
