Early Bird Espresso

About this coffee: This coffee was built in partnership with Jeff's Bagel Run and is the base of their espresso program. Think of a more nutty and lighter roasted version of our beloved Night Owl. It took 6 months of blending and tasting coffees until we settled on these two beautiful coffees from both Guatemala and El Salvador that accent each other in a great way. 

What’s in the cup? We currently taste milk chocolate, graham cracker with a nutty finish which pairs so very well with milk and sweeteners. The aroma on a well-pulled espresso shot reminds us of chocolate covered almonds and when paired well in a latte it creates the most refreshing and balanced cup yet!
