Ronal Carranza - Peru

There are three Carranza cousins(Germán, Ronal and Eiser) that Yellow Rooster has purchased coffee from this year. This family has been one of the most willing group of producers out of Peru to take on more experimental processing methods like Natural or Anaerobic processes. Yellow Rooster has purchased 5 straight harvests from Germán with this being first year they picked a coffee from Ronal. The moment you take a sip of this coffee, you will understand why. 

What’s in the cup? This cup is bright and complex with notes of Sugarcane Juice, Rosè and Fresh Grapefruit. It's a fantastic drip coffee and shines as a single origin espresso. Even though it's a natural processed coffee, the balance is real and the overall cup will please most coffee drinkers out there.
