This is our first ever release from the Island of Flores in Indonesia! This coffee is unique, much like all coffees from Indonesia. Although this coffee has a heavier mouthfeel and big body as a medium/dark roast, this coffee is balanced!
What's in the cup?
Red apple and woody notes come through on this coffee the second hot water hits the grounds. At first sip, you can taste almost exactly what you could smell during the brew and it is quite savory. Once the cup cools, we found traces of melon, red fruit and earthy spices that make this cup a one-of-a-kind sipper. Cheers to adventurous coffees!
