We actually had a coffee a few years ago from Finca La Esperanza in El Salvador and after cupping this coffee from the recent crop, we decided to bring it back! This coffee is a medium roast and is a very balanced cup with great drinkability. Creamy body with chocolate, raw sugar and walnut pop in the cup. As the cup cools it reminds us of sweetened almond milk that really balances it out. If you enjoyed the Burundi coffee we had recently, this is your next best friend!
