This is the first coffee we have ever sourced from the Bolivar Department of Colombia and we promise this will not be the last. This coffee has such uniformity and consistency for a natural processed coffee that we can't wait to source the next one.
As a natural processed coffee, this coffee is full of fruited characteristics from cherry to melon that pop in the cup. As a pour-over or drip coffee, we definitely find more starfruit and melon with a juicy red fruit finish. As a single origin espresso, this coffee screams cherry and is actually fairly balanced.
