As a pour-over, we get perfumed florals, soft stone fruit acidity with a somewhat surprising body that reminds us of toffee and caramel. As a single origin espresso, this coffee has a wild floral aspect so deep that it reminds us of pink lemonade! A super fun and soft coffee, built for those light roast fans!
