Welcome to the world of natural processed coffee folks! This coffee is the epitome of what we love about the future of coffee processing and we are very excited to share.
What's in the cup? This cup is overflowing with berries like blueberry and blackberry along with a vanilla and butterscotch finish. Although natural processed coffees tend to have a thinner body than other types of processing, this coffee holds up in many brew methods including drip and French Press. It does, however, shine as a pour-over coffee! Cheers!
A natural processed coffee is basically when the coffee is harvested from the coffee tree and then dried inside of the coffee cherry it grows in. This can be for 30, 60 or 90 days. The result is a very fruit forward, exciting cup that has very unique attributes. This coffee in particular is considered an "Anaerobic" natural process where the coffee cherries are dried inside of a bag or plastic drum. This can create very unique flavor profiles and the result is here even MORE fruitiness and flavor. Hence the name Berries & Cream!
