What’s in the cup? As a natural processed coffee, this cup is a wild adventure of both fruity and floral notes. We tasted ripe strawberry, perfumed florals with a toffee finish. This coffee is best brewed via any type of drip and of course a great cold brew . It also creates a WILD espresso that is inky and fruity.
Back in 2017, I was an avid at-home cold brewer using the dark roasts of Starbucks to create cold brew at home. After cold brewing 40+ times in my French Press with dark roast coffees, I picked up a bag at a local coffee shop in Atlanta. "Kayon Mountain Farm" it read with notes of berry, chocolate and perfumed florals. I thought, how could that be possible?
I cold brewed that coffee that night and when I took that first sip the next morning, I tasted a magical cup of chocolate covered blue berries and strawberries. That was the moment my passion for coffee was born and this coffee is the tribute to that moment in time and tastes exactly the same as 2017!
